잠시 정차한 창 밖으로 쥐포 파는 여자를 보다. 여자의 인상에 끌려 집요하게 보던 '나'는 여자의 시선이 다가오자 얼른 눈을 돌린다. 문득 미안하다. 하지만 또 본다. 버스가 출발하고, 가판 뒤로 들어가 쥐포를 먹는 여자의 뒷모습이 멀어진다.

A few stolen moments encountered in transit: I see a woman selling "gi-po" as the bus stops for a few minuites.Strangely attracted by her impression, I gaze at her. As she looks back, I try to avoid her, embarrassed for staring at her. I look at her again as she now hides behind her trolley. The bus departs and the sight of her eating gi-po is getting further away.

버스가 정류장에 서 있는 잠시동안, 버스 창 밖으로는 수많은 사람들이 오가고 있었다. 그런데 나는 오직 이 아주머니만을 집요하게 바라보았다. 그때의 인상, 그 뉘앙스를 표현해 보고 싶었다.

Over the bus window, lots of people were passing away. I gazed at an woman persistently, within little moments the bus had stopped. I liked to represent the impression and nuance of the moment.
